You, the customer, are NOT OBLIGATED to use our online system. You are still welcome to call for an appointment or walk in.
Rule #1:
You do not have access to our online reservation system until you are added to the database.
Rule #2:
We keep track of your no shows. You must use the cancel button at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, otherwise we shall expect your attendance.
*A fee will be charged in the amount of $15 if you do not cancel your appointment at least 24 hours ahead of time.

Rule #3:
If you have 2 or more no shows, we reserve the right to cancel your online account.
Rule #4:
You are expected to be on time to every appointment that you've scheduled. However, things may happen, it is a part of life. Just be courteous to our staff and other customers waiting and call us so we can possibly reschedule you.
Rule #5:
If you are requesting more than 1 of our services, you must book two consecutive appointments in a row.
Ex: Haircut on 10/23/2009 at 12:30pm - Face Shave on 10/23/2009 at 1:00pm
